David Wells as a Fifth Starter?

San Diego is dumping Boomer, and given his ties to the Diamondbacks (Kirk Gibson is a good friend of his), he seems like a much better option that BK. He's not a bad value, either... his current salary is $3 Million compared to Kim's $2.5 million.
