So... Who is the new Closer?
With Valverde giving Houston fans Rolaids moments in the 9th next year, who will the D'backs run out there?
Brandon Lyons has my vote. He has been a successful closer in the past, and was a dynamite 8th-inning setup man all last season.
One darkhorse possibility: Can you imagine leading a game by a run or two going into the ninth, and out from the bullpen comes... The Big Unit? I've said it before: He closed out the biggest game of his life (Game 7, 2001), and I'd love to see Randy as the full-time closer.

Randy as a closer? No way dude.. Lyon has already settled into his setup role and was lights out (2nd in the bigs in holds).. I guarantee you Pena will close, leaving Lyon in the setup.
We will have the most dominating rotation in the league next year with Webby, Haren, Randy, Double D, and Micah.. Taking Randy out of there would be nonsense.. Who you gonna put it the 3 hole? Yusmeiro? No way.
